As a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran with over 12 years of executive human resources and workforce leadership, Reginald advises senior leadership teams on building agile, high-reliability organizations that perform under pressure.
His career spans global corporate staffing, manufacturing, defense contracting (DoD), healthcare, dental networks, and hospitality. Having directed workforce architecture across heavily regulated, high-tempo environments, Reginald brings an uncommon cross-sector perspective. He diagnoses systemic operational bottlenecks quickly, aligning human capital strategy directly with bottom-line fiscal and operational objectives.
